USER AGREEMENT ( Trems and conditions)

• Cooperate or register with Freeus Flyers Foundation online helping platform with your full consent only after reading each and every Terms and Conditions of Freeus Flyers Foundation online helping platform very carefully, persuading yourself that you understand and agree.
• I agree to be solely responsible for any financial, social, psychological, or legal harm caused to me in the future as a result of my lack of personal knowledge about the Terms and Conditions of the FFF online helping platform, or as a result of having associated with the FFF online helping platform by being intentionally or unintentionally misled by another donors. I am self-convinced and understand that FFF online helping platform is not responsible in any way, and it is 100% my personal need and responsibility as a donor to fully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.
• I understand that an Indian citizen above 18 years of age with a sound mind can associate with the FFF online helping platform only with the Foundation approval.
• I understand that name, mobile number, bank details, upi details, gmail and all required details should be updated at the time of registration in FFF online helping platform, otherwise the consumership registration cannot be completed.
• I am aware that once a person has entered his or her Name, Mobile Phone Number, upi id, bank details and Email ID during the registration process on the FFF online helping platform, these three data points cannot be changed of his/her own accord. Therefore, the user should enter these details carefully and personally.
• I also understand that when receiving or giving financial assistance on the FFF online helping platform, donors are required to communicate with each other through WhatsApp and calling.
• I will remain responsible for the wrong transaction done by me without verification, it is FFF or any person will not compensate him for the loss.
• With the conviction that it is my social responsibility to help those in financial need in the society, I am ready to provide unconditional direct financial help to the donors. who have registered and cooperated with FFF online helping platform.
• I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for explaining precisely and clearly the concept of the FFF online helping platform to others and inspired to donate more than two individuals who are in need of financial help and are willing to give direct financial help others on the platform.
• I agree to provide unconditional direct financial help to donors who have previously entered the FFF online helping platform and provided unconditional direct financial help, using my personally earned money.
• 50 rupees registration fee by FFF and 500 rupees given by donors through FFF online helping platform in my own interest, personally unconditionally, voluntarily and directly as financial help will not seek reimbursement under any circumstances and I will not demand refund under any circumstances.
• In accordance with the "give help chart" I obtain from the Platform; I must unconditionally and financially help 1 to 10 level donors using the FFF online helping platform.
• I understand and agree that financial help From Rs 500 at first level to Rs 200000 at last 9th level, Which is to be provide by me to the donors.
• And I also know that I will also get help from first level to 10th level donors.The platform does not impose any specific time frame for completing this transaction. FFF online helping platform will not be held responsible or liable for any mandatory time frame stated by new donor or old donors who do not have legal authority to speak for the Company's best interests.
• I clearly understand that the financial help provided unconditionally directly by me to the donors on FFF online helping platform is for the personal urgent needs and wants of the donors.
• I fully understand and agree that misusing or misinterpreting the concept, honesty, or transparency of FFF online helping platform's terms and conditions and using them to mislead the public is illegal, and FFF online helping platform will pursue legal action against those who do so.
• I understand and agree that I will be solely liable for any damages or legal proceedings incurred by the individuals if the password to be kept very private on the FFF online helping platform is disclosed to other donors. I agree that I shall be solely responsible for all financial liability, damages and legal proceedings that may be incurred by me or any other person, and that the FFF shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any financial loss is caused by the access of this password to other persons.
• I acknowledge and agree that if any donor FFF online helping platform is acting against the platform or against society, or engaging in criminal activity, the FFF have the authority to terminate that persons account and ban him or her from the platform for life.
• If the platform is convinced on the basis of evidence that the donors on FFF online helping platform has deliberately violated the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the Platform, mislead other donors or misrepresent the concept of the platform. the FFF have the authority to terminate that persons account and ban him or her from the platform for life.
• I agree that, FFF shall have full authority and rights to account permanently terminate as Punishment without the consent of the donors who has violated the above provisions.
• The transaction should only be done using bank account, UPI (Google pay, Phone Pe, Pay TM etc.) which is a part of Digital India . Other modes of transactions such as direct cash, DD, cheque, cash deposit are not allowed and I shall be fully responsible for all the losses caused to me by the above unauthorized transactions.
• FFF online helping platform official social media such as Facebook page, Facebook group, YouTube channel, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp and Telegram groups created from the FFF official mobile numbers on a State as well as District basis consist of the officials of the FFF. The Platform takes sole responsibility for the announcements, promotions and statements made in these official groups. FFF online helping platform shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any announcements, promotions or statements made on social media by other individuals, or those who spread slander against the Platform.
• I understand that FFF online helping platform will personally take legal action against donors/individuals who act against the Concept, honesty, transparency and Terms and Conditions of FFF online helping platform.
• Provides equal justice and rights to all individuals associated with FFF online helping platform. And so, insulting, threatening, teasing, commanding, obscenities, personally, socially, religiously, politically, economically, psychologically or legally against the persons on the FFF online helping platform is a crime against the legal systems of India. It does not in any way endorse or promote FFF online helping platform. I understand and agree that if such activities are noticed, the persons doing it will be removed from the FFF online helping platform and that user's account will be closed forever.
• If women associated with FFF online helping platform are personally, socially, insulted, humiliated or interfered with through online media, such acts are brought to the notice of FFF online helping platform and will be forwarded to investigative agencies on the basis of evidence. I understand that FFF has the authority to take legal action in this regard.
• QR code given in ID card is used only for registration, it is not QR code of payment transaction, if someone takes direct payment from you by getting QR code scan done, then you yourself will be responsible for that wrong transaction, FFF will not compensate for your wrong transaction.
• To improve the donors financial prosperity or for the betterment of the activities related to FFF helping platform relevant changes, amendments and additions are made to FFF online helping platform rules, terms and conditions, guidelines and applications. I personally understand, accept and agree that FFF reserves absolute rights and I am bound by the same.
• I completely agree and I have seen and understood the helping system of FFF very well, There are two types of helping systems in FFF. First helping base module system and second non-working auto-pool helping system.I have completely understood the system.
• I am not registering myself in the FFF by its members or any person out of greed or greed for money. I am registering in this organization with the intention of doing social welfare and public service.
• The disputed area of ​​all types of disputes will remain Mandsaur.
• I have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions listed above, I hereby sign and confirm my agreement.
